Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas through detailed cleaning protocols
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet luxury standards
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines (OSHA/HAACP compliance)
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and lost/found items promptly
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early shifts
- Basic English proficiency (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products preferred
