Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across luxury hotel suites and common areas
- Train and mentor staff on sanitation protocols and efficiency standards
- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and health department regulations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience
- Knowledge of EPA-approved disinfectants and techniques
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
