- Assist with reservation management and room status updates

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Miami tourism attractions
- Fluency in English; Spanish highly desirable
