- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or hospitality customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic knowledge of Sacramento attractions and local services
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
