Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate reservation records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling techniques for premium services
- Utilize PMS systems for room inventory management
- Maintain security protocols and lost item procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
