Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently using Opera PMS while maintaining warm, professional demeanor
- Manage room reservations, upgrades, and VIP guest requests with attention to detail
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and concierge teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room packages and local experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask during peak weekend periods (Friday-Sunday)
- Valid NC Food Handler's/ServSafe certification preferred
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts including holidays
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and transportation
