Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the switchboard, answer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department promptly.
- Process payments, manage room keys, and ensure accurate data entry into the Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond to guest requests via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Assist in enforcing hotel policies and ensuring guest safety and security protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
