Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during weekend shifts, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently using hotel PMS software.
- Monitor lobby areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in training and supervising part-time front desk staff during busy periods.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and some holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
