- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-ins, room assignments, and concierge support
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room availability for peak weekend occupancy

- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain accurate financial transactions including cash handling and billing

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
