Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with check-in/check-out processes during overnight hours
- Monitor lobby security and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach
- Perform nightly audits of front desk operations and financial transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and order of public areas and guest facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to protocol
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to career changers and recent graduates
- Outstanding customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends
- Basic computer literacy (training provided on property management systems)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
