Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins/check-outs
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event setup and weekend banquet services
- Collaborate with security team for weekend crowd management
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Tennessee hospitality certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for errands)
