Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, processing payments, and handling reservations.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, including local recommendations and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and public spaces.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is guest-ready.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday and Saturday) and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with computer systems and property management software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
