Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all guest areas
- Coordinate with team members during peak shifts and special events
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Adhere to all hotel policies and security protocols
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Pennsylvania food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)
