Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Execute seamless guest room transitions between weekend arrivals and departures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain resort standards
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with valet services during high-traffic weekend periods
- Collaborate with food & beverage team for guest dining requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 8-hour shifts)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for valet duties)
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions
