Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and valet stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling initiatives for premium rooms/dining
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
- Adhere to safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability (weekends/holidays required)
- Proficient with hotel management systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for valet)
