Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage weekend front desk operations including reservations and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Assist with weekend event coordination and VIP guest handling
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sat-Sun) is mandatory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid Tennessee hospitality certification preferred
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
