Responsibilities
- Guest Service Excellence: Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Room Preparation: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas during your assigned weekend shifts.
- Operational Support: Assist the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve any minor complaints promptly to ensure a positive stay.
- Safety & Security: Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible shift hours.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) as required for housekeeping duties.
