Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests warmly, ensuring a premium first impression and handling all check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Manage reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work a weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs when necessary.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
