- Guest Service Excellence: Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Room Preparation: Maintain and prepare guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, paying close attention to detail.
- Amenity Management: Restock guest amenities, ensure mini-bars are replenished, and verify room conditions before and after guest occupancy.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve any maintenance or service issues immediately to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours.
- Brand Standards: Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, safety protocols, and brand standards regarding service and appearance.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) with flexibility for shift changes.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Must be comfortable working in various climates (indoor/outdoor).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others.
- Legal: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
