Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence with professionalism and poise.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations for dining and attractions in Sacramento.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling and credit card transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and PMS software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor is essential.
