Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and resolve guest inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain the front desk area and lobby to ensure a pristine and organized environment.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations and special requests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with reservation software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
