Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations during weekend shifts, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage guest inquiries and complaints with poise, resolving issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is pristine for weekend arrivals.
  • Monitor security protocols and lobby activity to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members on service standards and operational procedures.
  • Process payments and handle cash reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and special requests.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) and reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
  • CPR/First Aid certification is highly preferred.
