Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during peak weekend hours, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries with efficiency and grace.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, guest rooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
- Assist with event setups and breakdowns for weekend conferences and banquets.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible holiday shifts as required.
- Proficiency in hotel management software or Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
