Your Role

As a Weekend Hospitality Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, answer inquiries, and assist with special requests to ensure a seamless stay.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival using the hotel's standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including printing folios and processing payments efficiently.
  • Manage the front desk switchboard and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience, empathy, and a commitment to resolution.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
  • Process wake-up calls, room service orders, and coordinate valet parking services.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hotel management is preferred.
  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
