Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in public areas and guest rooms.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in coordinating room service orders and housekeeping schedules.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and property assets during shifts.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk, or housekeeping preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
