Responsibilities
- Provide seamless check-in/check-out services to weekend guests
- Manage room assignments and handle guest requests with efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Execute upselling opportunities for premium amenities
- Assist with valet and concierge services during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Miami tourism attractions and services
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet duties)
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
