Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out with personalized attention
- Manage room assignments and optimize occupancy during weekend peak periods
- Resolve guest inquiries and service requests with prompt solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and resort amenities
- Uphold resort safety standards and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover last-minute shift changes
