  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by resolving complaints efficiently and maintaining high service standards.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
