Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by resolving complaints efficiently and maintaining high service standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure inventory levels are optimal and costs are minimized.
- Enforce all company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and employees.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling initiatives and marketing collaboration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
