Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during peak weekend hours
- Handle VIP requests and optimize room assignments for weekend occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate issue resolution
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Execute weekend promotional activities and upsell premium services
- Monitor security protocols in public spaces during high-traffic periods
- Train new associates on weekend-specific operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability for weekend/holiday shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's and Alcohol Service permits
- Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for extended periods
