Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process with a smile.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas to ensure a premium aesthetic.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including processing payments and managing reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor the property for safety and security, reporting any irregularities immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
