Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services for weekend guests
- Manage reservations and room status updates using our property management system
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services during peak hours
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Conduct daily inspections of public areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)

- Reliable weekend availability (Fri-Sun evenings)
