Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions about local Memphis attractions and services.
- Front Desk Support: Manage incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain accurate guest records in our Property Management System.
- Room Preparation: Ensure guest rooms and common areas are tidy, clean, and meet our high standards of hospitality.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable stay.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not necessary. We train great people!
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and potentially some weekday evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude is essential.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
