Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, ensuring efficient service during peak weekend hours
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Perform daily room inspections and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain impeccable standards
- Manage guest requests for amenities, transportation, and local recommendations

Qualifications
