Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with room preparation and maintenance tasks as directed by the management team.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Resolve minor guest issues and escalate complex situations to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
