Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations and payments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Communication: Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Front Desk Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
- Security: Adhere to all hotel security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, including holidays as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Customer Service: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and typing proficiency are preferred.
