Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through warm greetings, efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and personalized assistance
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and inventory using our proprietary property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments to ensure flawless operations
- Uphroom property standards and safety protocols at all times
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, etc.) preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
