Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas per brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of supplies and report maintenance needs
- Execute deep cleaning tasks and special project requests
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness timelines
- Provide personalized guest service during interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid CA driver's license (preferred for supply runs)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and green cleaning
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
