Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and responding to inquiries.
- Facility Maintenance: Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the management team.
- Standards Compliance: Adhere strictly to hotel policies, safety protocols, and brand guidelines at all times.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, and fold linens and towels according to strict quality controls.
- Efficiency: Prioritize tasks to ensure rooms are ready for check-in on time, maximizing occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
