Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and in-person inquiries
- Manage daily housekeeping operations including room preparation, deep cleaning, and inventory management
- Coordinate with maintenance team for immediate issue resolution during weekend shifts
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems for weekend dining and spa services
- Monitor security protocols and ensure guest safety during overnight weekend shifts
- Train weekend staff on new procedures and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license for property transportation tasks
