Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person with professionalism.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to resolve any guest issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
