Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and dining operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Execute weekend event setups and VIP service protocols
- Maintain strict safety and sanitation standards in all public areas

Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Friday-Sunday)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Valid California Food Handler's Card preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including holidays
- Basic CPR certification within 30 days of hire
