Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Manage room reservations and assignments using our state-of-the-art property management systems.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure a pristine, welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments accurately and post charges to guest folios.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations for travelers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
