Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests during weekend shifts
- Perform efficient check-in/check-out procedures and manage reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel brand standards
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours (Fri-Sun)
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
