Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during peak weekend hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room allocations for weekend occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless property presentation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Execute weekend event setups and VIP guest experiences for special occasions
- Maintain accurate shift logs and financial transaction records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse guests
- Basic proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Tennessee Food Handler/ServeSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
