Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations during weekend shifts, ensuring all departments are running efficiently and according to brand standards.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs, and resolve any complaints or issues immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, conducting daily briefings and performance reviews.
  • Monitor inventory levels, including room supplies and amenities, and place orders as needed to prevent stockouts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, prepare daily financial reports, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel management, front desk supervision, or a related hospitality role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required by the business.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is a plus.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
