Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations during peak weekend hours to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the weekend staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Ensure all security and cash-handling procedures are strictly followed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Oracle Opera, StayNTouch).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
