Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations with professionalism
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and room inventory systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Implement hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new staff on service standards and property knowledge
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience required
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory (Fri-Sun shifts)
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis tourism attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
