Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with inquiries efficiently.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Monitor lobby and public areas to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and handle cash handling duties with 100% integrity.
- Support the team during peak weekend hours and assist with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with property management software is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and holidays.
