Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage weekend room inventory and coordinate housekeeping requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest emergencies with calm professionalism
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) efficiently
- Collaborate with security team for weekend crowd control
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun evenings/nights)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in hotel management software
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's License
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
