Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage phone calls and emails with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems is a plus.
